Orders & Confirmations
Once you place an order, you’ll receive a confirmation email with your order details.
Please review your information carefully — we cannot modify the shipping address once the order is processed.

Shipping & Delivery
We currently ship across India and to selected international locations.
Domestic Shipping: Free on orders above ₹10,000.
Processing Time: Usually 2–4 business days.
Delivery Time: 5–10 business days depending on your location.
You’ll receive a tracking link once your order has been dispatched. Please note that delivery timelines may vary due to courier delays or unforeseen circumstances.
Returns & Exchanges
We want you to love what you order! If you’re not fully satisfied:
Returns are accepted within 7 days of delivery for unused, unwashed sarees with all tags intact.
Exchanges are available for size or color preferences, depending on stock.
Custom orders, sale items, or altered pieces are not eligible for return or exchange.
