At That Saree Shop, we take great care in curating and dispatching high-quality sarees to our customers. However, if there is a genuine issue with your order, we’re here to help. Please read our Returns & Exchange Policy carefully before making a purchase.
Eligible Return & Exchange Conditions
We accept returns or exchanges only under the following circumstances:
Incorrect Product Delivered: If you received an item different from what you ordered.
Damaged Product Upon Delivery: If your product arrives in a damaged condition due to handling or transit.
To request a return or exchange under these conditions, please notify us within 3 days of receiving your order by contacting our support team. Kindly provide:
· Order number
· Clear images or videos of the product and packaging
· A brief description of the issue
If we find the product is eligible for return/exchange, we confirm the customer about it and expect the product within 14 days. In case of exchange, we will reship the correct product after receiving the return.
Non-Returnable Situations
We do not accept returns or exchanges under the following conditions:
Minor colour or zari tone variations due to lighting or photography setup. We strive to represent our products as accurately as possible, but variations can occur depending on screen resolutions and lighting.
Change of mind, incorrect size assumptions, or personal preferences after delivery.
Worn or used sarees or sarees that have been altered, washed, or damaged after delivery.
Please ensure the saree is unused, unwashed, and in its original packaging when returning it under an approved case.
Refund Policy
If your return request is approved:
The refund will be processed using your original method of payment (UPI, net banking, or card used during checkout).
Please allow 5 to 7 working days for the refund to reflect in your bank account once processed.
Note: Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error (e.g., wrong or damaged item).
Exchange Process
In the case of an approved exchange, we will:
Ship the replacement item once we receive the returned product
Cover the reshipping charges for the exchanged item (in cases of incorrect/damaged delivery)
Please ensure you send the product securely packaged to avoid any damage during transit.
Return Shipping Instructions
Once your return request is approved, we will provide you with return instructions, including the return address.
You may be asked to ship the item back via a trackable courier service.
Return shipping costs will be the responsibility of the customer unless the return is due to an error on our part.
